Simon and Martina are so awesome. I just love going to their site and checking out their videos, articles, and other tomfoolery that they are up to. This video goes over the cool stuff in Korea with some very interesting edits. I especially like the Mr. Freeze montage. Awesome!

How good is your dental hygiene? Carry floss with you in case of emergencies? Have a small bottle of mouthwash in your dashboard? If your friends think you are obsessive with the way you clean your teeth, then maybe you should move to Korea, where brushing your teeth isn’t just a matter of hygiene, it’s a lifestyle. Martina recorded the great extent to which her school cares about the state of its teeth. You’ll be surprised. Click on the picture above to see our video on Korean Toothbrushing, or check the sidebar for different formats.

caffeine jolt and random web and video 9:43 pm
This is a new feature I’m starting for Seouleats. I am a caffeine junky and a morning person. Now I would love to brew you a pot of coffee, but the Internet doesn’t allow that yet. Instead, I’m going to feature surprising videos, pictures, and stories that act in lieu of coffee or tea.
Recently, the net has been abuzz about Susan Boyle. Normally, I can’t stand talent shows, but Susan’s “unconventional” looks drew me in. Watch the video above to get your caffeine jolt for the day.

This video is cute and it gives me hope. Here’s what gizmodo had to say^^
The tweenbot, a cardboard-bodied, cheerful little bugger, is equipped with a flag stating its intended destination. Since it can only move forward, it depends on the kindness of strangers to guide it and remove obstacles.

Tisch School of the Arts student Kacie Kinzer created the tweenbot as a kind of art experiment. In her words:
I wondered: could a human-like object traverse sidewalks and streets along with us, and in so doing, create a narrative about our relationship to space and our willingness to interact with what we find in it? More importantly, how could our actions be seen within a larger context of human connection that emerges from the complexity of the city itself? To answer these questions, I built robots.
